Agreement between Olympic DMC and its Users/Clients

By using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions without restriction or qualification.

DEFINITIONS

User – refers to anyone, including you, who visits, reads, and/or uses this site and all its features.
Olympic DMC – refers to Olympic DMC registered in Albania.
Seller – refers to Olympic DMC and its employees.
Service Provider – refers to any third-party individual or organization providing services under the guidance of Olympic DMC.
Website (site) – refers to https://www.olympicdmc.com/ and any links available from or within the website, excluding external websites or links not controlled by Olympic DMC.
Material/s – refers to all content on this site, including but not limited to HTML, photographs, videos, maps, and software.
Services – refers to the products and services offered on this website.
Clients – users who agree to these Terms and Conditions and purchase services from Olympic DMC.

USE OF LOGOS AND IMAGES

Logos may be used by media outlets providing reviews or updates on Olympic DMC.
Images provided by Olympic DMC may only be used for purposes directly related to Olympic DMC and must include appropriate attribution and a direct link to https://www.olympicdmc.com/.
Unauthorized use of images or logos for commercial purposes outside the scope of these terms is prohibited.

YOUR CONTRACT WITH Olympic DMC

By booking with Olympic DMC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and your group. The lead booker must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all provided information.

These terms, together with the details on our website, form the entire agreement between you and Olympic DMC.

PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Pricing may vary slightly due to currency exchange rates and other factors beyond our control.

MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Requests for modifications or cancellations must be sent to info@olympicdmc.com.
Cancellation policies:
- Walking Tours: Cancel up to 48 hours before the tour for a full refund (minus transaction fees).
- Daily Tours: Cancel up to 48 Hours before the tour for a refund (minus transaction fees).
- Multi-Day Tours: Cancel up to 7 days before the tour for a refund (minus transaction fees).
Olympic DMC reserves the right to modify or cancel tours in case of unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable effort to provide alternatives.

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

Olympic DMC is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages incurred during the use of its services, including but not limited to theft, illness, or accidents.
Users are advised to secure adequate travel insurance.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Travelers requiring special accommodations (e.g., mobility assistance, dietary restrictions) must notify Olympic DMC during booking.
Accessibility to certain sites may be limited.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits, are valid and up-to-date. Olympic DMC is not liable for any travel disruptions caused by missing or incorrect documentation.

HOLIDAY CLOSURES

Olympic DMC cannot be held responsible for closures of sites due to strikes, public holidays, or other unforeseen events. We will endeavor to provide alternatives when possible.

YOUTH POLICY

Minors (under 18 years) must be accompanied by an adult throughout the duration of the service.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Albania, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in courts of Albania.
